The Board of Directors for HLCA

The HLCA, a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit corporation, operates and maintains the Roy Peterson Building for the benefit of several community organizations, such as Higgins Diggins Lions, Bear River Lioness, Leos, FFA, Boy Scouts and others. The HLCA also rents the building to outside organizations for dinners, meetings and other functions.

*The President of the Higgins Diggins Lions is a member of the HLCA Board. However, he/she only votes in the event of a tie vote among the regular Board members.
